We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide to us directly, information collected automatically when you use the platform, and information received from third-party sources.

We do not store full bank account details in plain text. Payment information is encrypted and handled through secure processing systems.
- •Profile information. Any additional information you choose to add to your profile, including a profile photo, your city or state of residence, and your social media usernames or handles.
- •Task submission information. Screenshots, images, and post URLs that you upload as proof of task completion. These submissions may contain your social media username, profile picture, post content, and other information visible in the screenshot.
- •Referral information. When you refer another user, we record the association between your referral code and the referred user's account for the purpose of crediting referral bonuses.
- •Support communications. Any information you include in emails, messages, or other communications you send to our support team. This may include descriptions of issues, account details, screenshots, and other supporting information.
- •Testimonial submissions. If you submit a testimonial for the testimonials page, we collect the content you provide including your name, location, story text, and any photos or videos you include.
1.2 Information collected automatically

- •IP address and location data. Your IP address is logged when you access the platform. We may use your IP address to determine your approximate geographic location (city or region level). We do not track your precise GPS location.
- •Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. See Section 7 of this policy for more details on cookies.
1.3 Information from third-party sources
We may receive limited information from third parties in the following situations.
- •Payment processors. When you complete a withdrawal, our payment processing partners may provide us with transaction confirmation data including transaction IDs, processing status, and timestamps.
- •Fraud prevention services. We may use third-party services to verify account information and detect fraudulent activity. These services may provide us with risk assessments based on the information you provided during registration.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes and no others.
2.1 To provide and maintain the platform. Your account information is used to create and manage your account, authenticate your login, display your dashboard, and enable you to browse and complete tasks. Your bank information is used to process withdrawal requests. Your submission data is used to verify task completions.
2.2 To process payments. Your bank details and wallet transaction data are used to credit earnings, process withdrawals, and maintain an accurate record of your financial activity on the platform.
2.3 To verify task completions. Screenshots, images, and post URLs you submit as proof are reviewed by our verification team to confirm that tasks were completed according to the advertiser's requirements.
2.4 To detect and prevent fraud. We analyze account activity, submission patterns, device information, and IP addresses to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior including fake accounts, fabricated proof, and policy violations. This protects both users and advertisers.
2.5 To communicate with you. We use your email address and phone number to send you notifications about task approvals, rejections, wallet credits, withdrawal confirmations, account security alerts, platform updates, and responses to your support inquiries.
2.6 To improve the platform. Aggregated and anonymized usage data is analyzed to understand how users interact with the platform, identify areas for improvement, fix bugs, and develop new features.
2.7 To enforce our policies. We use account and activity data to investigate reported violations, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and take action against accounts that violate platform rules.
2.8 To fulfill legal obligations. We may use or disclose your information when required by law, in response to valid legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sharerify, our users, or the public.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

- •Anonymized data. Aggregated and anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and platform improvement purposes.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include but are not limited to the following.
- •Encryption. Sensitive data including passwords and bank account information is encrypted both in transit (using SSL/TLS) and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols.
- •Access controls. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to perform their job functions. Staff members with access to user data are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- •Secure infrastructure. Our servers and databases are hosted with reputable providers that maintain physical, network, and application-level security controls.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
