Terms and Conditions

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older. If we discover a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete all associated data.

1.2 You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration legal name, valid email, working phone number, and accurate bank details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.

1.3 You must be a natural person. Accounts may not be created by or for businesses, organizations, or automated systems on the earning side. Business accounts are available on the advertiser side only.

1.4 You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2.1 One account per person. Creating multiple accounts using different emails, phone numbers, devices, or any other method is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be permanently banned and associated earnings forfeited.

2.2 Account security. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. If compromised, change your password immediately and contact support.

2.3 Accurate information. Keep your account information current and accurate. Inaccurate information may result in failed withdrawals, delayed payments, or suspension.

2.4 Non-transferability. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared. Any attempt to transfer will result in termination.

2.5 Account termination by user. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support. Withdraw available earnings first, as pending balances are forfeited once the account is deleted.

2.6 Account termination by Sharerify. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violations, suspected fraud, or to protect the platform. In terminations for cause, pending earnings may be forfeited per Section 7.

3.1 Task availability. Tasks are made available based on advertiser campaigns. We do not guarantee a minimum number of tasks. Availability fluctuates and users have no entitlement to a specific number or type of task.

3.2 Task acceptance. Accepting a task is voluntary. There is no penalty for declining or ignoring a task.

3.3 Task instructions. Each task includes specific instructions that must be followed exactly platform, content, caption/hashtags, accounts to tag, and proof type. Failure to follow instructions results in rejection.

3.4 One completion per task. Each task can be completed only once per user (other than a legitimate resubmission after rejection).

3.5 Task deadlines. If the deadline passes before you submit, the task is closed. There is no penalty, but the earning opportunity is lost.

3.6 Personal accounts only. All tasks must be completed using your own personal social media accounts. Using others' accounts, shared accounts, managed accounts, or accounts created just for tasks is prohibited.

3.7 Authentic engagement. Your accounts must have genuine followers and engagement. Purchased followers, bot engagement, or artificially inflated numbers do not qualify.

4.1 Every piece of content shared as part of a task must remain on your profile permanently live, publicly visible, and unmodified indefinitely. There is no expiration on this requirement.

4.2 You may not delete, archive, hide, or set to private any post made as part of a task after submitting proof, whether or not it has been approved.

4.3 If you delete a post after earnings are credited, the earnings are reversed and deducted from your wallet. An insufficient balance goes negative and must be cleared through future earnings before withdrawals can be processed.

4.4 Repeated deletions result in suspension. Continued violations after reinstatement result in permanent termination and forfeiture of pending earnings.

4.5 Accidental deletions may be reviewed case-by-case, but the default action is earnings reversal. The burden is on you to demonstrate the deletion was genuinely accidental.

4.6 Minor edits that do not remove or alter required content are generally acceptable. Removing or modifying the required link, caption, hashtags, or image is treated as deleting the post.

4.7 By completing a task, you acknowledge and accept this requirement. If you are not willing to keep a post permanently, do not accept the task.

5.1 Valid proof formats. A screenshot uploaded to the platform, or a direct URL to the published post, as specified by the task.

5.2 Screenshot requirements. Must clearly show the post, your username/profile name, the required content, and enough platform interface to confirm the platform. Must not be cropped, edited, altered, or manipulated.

5.3 URL requirements. Must link directly to the published post and be accessible to our team, which means the post must be public. URLs leading to deleted, private, or non-existent posts are rejected.

5.4 Authenticity. All proof must be genuine and represent a task you personally completed on your own account. Fabricated, edited, recycled, or borrowed proof is fraud and results in permanent termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

5.5 Timeliness. Proof must be submitted before the deadline. Late submissions are not accepted.

5.6 Resubmission. If rejected, you may resubmit corrected proof while the task is still active. There is no penalty for resubmission following a legitimate rejection.

6.1 Earning basis. You earn by completing tasks and having proof verified. The amount is displayed before you accept and credited to your wallet once approved.

6.2 Referral earnings. You earn bonuses when someone signs up with your code and completes their first verified task. The bonus amount is displayed in your dashboard and may change.

6.3 Wallet balance. Your wallet shows available balance, pending earnings, and total earnings. Only available balance is eligible for withdrawal.

6.4 Withdrawal requests. You may request a withdrawal once your available balance meets the minimum threshold, displayed in your wallet.

6.5 Withdrawal processing. Processed to the bank account registered on your account. Most complete within 24 hours; some may take up to 48 depending on the receiving bank. Sharerify is not responsible for bank delays.

6.6 Withdrawal fees. Sharerify does not deduct fees. Any fees charged by your receiving bank are outside our control.

6.7 Same-name requirement. Withdrawals can only go to a bank account in the same name as your Sharerify account. Requests to a different name will be declined.

6.8 Earnings reversal. Earnings may be reversed if you delete a post, your submission is found fraudulent, an associated referral is invalid, or your account is terminated for violations.

6.9 No guaranteed earnings. We do not guarantee any minimum earnings. Stated ranges are illustrative and based on user activity, not promises.

6.10 Currency. All earnings, balances, and transactions are denominated in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified.

The following are prohibited and may result in submission rejection, earnings reversal, suspension, or permanent termination, depending on severity.

• •Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• •Submitting fabricated, edited, manipulated, or borrowed proof.
• •Completing tasks using social media accounts that do not belong to you.
• •Purchasing followers, likes, comments, or any artificial engagement.
• •Using bots, automated tools, or scripts to interact with the platform or complete tasks.
• •Deleting, archiving, hiding, or setting to private any post made as part of a task.
• •Providing false or misleading information at any time.
• •Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or find vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
• •Harassing, threatening, or abusing staff, support, or other users.
• •Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• •Sharing credentials with another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• •Impersonating another person, user, or Sharerify staff member.
• •Attempting to circumvent security measures, access controls, or fraud detection.
• •Encouraging, assisting, or coordinating with others to engage in prohibited activities.

8.1 Warnings. For minor, first-time violations not involving fraud, we may issue a warning recorded on your account. Multiple warnings may lead to suspension or termination.

8.2 Submission rejection. Submissions that don't meet requirements are rejected with a reason. Rejections are not penalties unless they involve fraud.

8.3 Earnings reversal. Earnings from deleted posts, fraudulent submissions, or invalid referrals are reversed and deducted.

8.4 Account suspension. Accounts may be temporarily suspended during investigation or as a penalty for repeated minor violations. Existing wallet balance is preserved and becomes accessible on reinstatement.

8.5 Permanent account termination. Serious violations result in permanent termination. Terminated accounts cannot be reinstated, the user may not create a new account, and all pending earnings are forfeited.

8.6 Legal action. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies against users who commit fraud, cause financial harm, or violate applicable laws.

9.1 Sharerify's property. The platform design, code, logo, branding, text, graphics, and all materials created by Sharerify is our property, protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9.2 Task content. Content provided as part of a task belongs to the respective advertiser. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to complete the associated task.

9.3 User submissions. By submitting proof, you grant Sharerify a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your submissions for verification, campaign reporting, and quality assurance for as long as campaign records are retained.

9.4 Testimonials. By submitting a testimonial, you grant Sharerify a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it. You may request removal at any time.

10.1 Platform provided "as is." Provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free and make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy.

10.2 No guaranteed earnings. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, task availability, or referral bonuses. Ranges are illustrative.

10.3 Third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, policies, or actions of third-party social media platforms.

10.4 User content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your posts comply with the rules of the social media platform you post on.

10.5 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total earnings credited to your wallet in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10.6 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Sharerify harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

11.1 Contact our support team first most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

11.2 If unresolved, a dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, conducted by a single arbitrator. Each party bears its own costs.

11.3 Dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action or representative proceeding.

11.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Fraud Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sharerify.

12.2 Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest remains in effect.

12.3 Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.

12.4 Assignment. Sharerify may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. You may not without our prior written consent.
